They had an offer 3£ for 3 years hosting.
I bought hosting in september 2020 using that offer, and now they want £8 pr year which I have to pay to get my site back online...
Its the same thing as if the Electronic store sents you a bill because the television you bought is no longer discounted...
They cant offer any discount or something like that I just have to pay or loose my already paid hosting

Terrible hosting, after being with them for about a year or so, the support is unbelievable.
1. There is no Live 24/7 Chat (Needs to be taken down stating this on the site)
2. It says fast support (Umm believe me it is not)
There is no re assurance or faith in this outfit at all, I am not sure who the new owners really are (As of August 2021)
I have moved all my sites away to another host

Over the years I have used a number of hosting providers but I can honestly say that the service I have received from Shark Hosting in unrivalled. Their hosting packages are probably unbeatable and the technical support is beyond excellent. I'm sorry if I sound like a bit of a fanboy but honestly, Shark Hosting is top notch and have saved me on a number of occasions. Well done guys, 10/10.

I have had a site with these for sometime now and have never had any issues so I decided to try a bigger hosting package. A few moments of head scratching on my behalf but everything is explained and they have great customer support. In fact this is where they lead the field with help and support when you need it.
Within a short time everything has changed over and all sites running as before. First class hosting company

this is a fraud company i paid for 3 year plan and now they have cut to 1 year which is a loss to me
and even not paying my referral comission since 3 month i requested 5 times always says pending check
any compnay pay comission every month
and not they are not payin me my hard earned comission
please people avoid there service i have 3 websites running of my clients all are cut short to 1 year and i have to pay extra money and move their sites to other hosting
these are scam money eater compnay
pay my hard earned comission

As an additional note, we have thousands of satisfied clients globally who utilise our services on a daily basis. We invest heavily in ensuring that the service provided has the best performance possible and is reliable and stable for the long term.
Yet again Shark have shown why I rate them so highly. Recently I wanted to create a 'staging' clone of my WP site to use for testing proposed changes safely. Online research indicated that it could be done using Softaculous. Logging into my cPanel I saw that the latter's 'staging' option wasn't greyed out, and I went through the procedure. It failed immediately.
Since there's no code to inspect AFAICT, nor debugging facility available likewise, I contacted Shark support for assistance. The first responder had no idea and referred the trouble ticket to their second line, the Shark devs. They too had no idea and contacted the Softaculous team themselves.
After some time the explanation emerged that Softaculous haven't implemented that feature yet. Having established that it can't be done with Softaculous, Shark technical support then offered guidance and suggestions about how, and with what, it could. Shark are the best!

Incredible value!
Web hosting has changed in the last couple of years with many low cost providers entering the market. My reason for sticking with my host was the excellent support, but recently moved one website to Shark. Their cost is very low, includes SSL and backup. But their support has been outstanding, personal service and quick response. I am now migrating all my other sites to Shark. Highly recommended!

Just finished with customer support live chat. Even in these difficult times you get though almost instanty. Great friendly helpful customer service, issues sorted quickly.
Bouht websites through ebay for insane prices just couldnt resist and expected it too be terrible for the price to be honest. But too my amazement been the complete polar opposite! The site and c panel is great very colourful and user friendly with a very easy clearly laid out c panel.Easy to find all your domains listed etc
Really can't go wrong with these guys, great experience so far. Will be having many domains hosted with them.

I had several questions about setting up new and existing domains (I brought 2 existing domains over from Arvixe and created 3 more through SharkHosting). All support tickets were responded to quickly, a couple in a manner of minutes. The Knowledge base answers any other questions I may have. The whole setup experience was pleasant. Although I am in the US and they are in the UK I was set me up with servers in NYC. Sites are very fast as is email. Highly Recommend!

Signed up and payed for a 3 year plan however it was cut short to 1 year and are now demanding more money off me or my services will be cut off. There also refusing to refund the me for the 2 years left on my plan that I paid for.
Update in response to shark hosting: an absolute pack of lies I have 3 websites hosting with you guys ethangeddes.com, scentsationsuk.com, and SomeFinFishy.uk so stop with all your lies. You are a fake company who all operate from the same company NET87 who is purely there to rip customers off. If anyone questions my reviews or requires proof then please give me contact 07999997699 and I will happily send proof.
May I also point out that this review is verified meaning I provided proof of purchase so your lies are just getting exposed.

I subscribed to a web hosting account with SharkHosting nearly a year ago for a domain to test drive this outfit and all I can say is they came up ACES! I'm now hosting 30 domains with them because they are super responsive in helping their clients and actually know this business.
THEY ARE NOT RESELLERS OF RESELLERS!
Are they a for real bona fide 5 star company, though?
Well, until the 10 star rating system comes out, a mere 5 stars will have to do.
I grade SharkHosting a 99 out of a 100.

Ho acquistato e attivato oggi il loro piano Hosting illimitato e desidero lasciare una opinione "a caldo". IL sito è chiaro, le FAQ molte ed esaustive, sono riuscito ad attivare tutto in circa 20 minuti, comprese due installazioni di wordpress. I menu sono chiari e la velocità è eccezionale, molto superiore al mio vecchio hosting. Fino ad ora usavo un hosting italiano per circa 10 siti ed ho avuto non pochi problemi di lentezza nel caricare le pagine, sono molto soddisfatto di questo host al quale ho dato fiducia anche dopo aver letto le recensioni negative su Trustpilot. For the price I paid, it is a very good service so far. I am using them to host a non-commercial data visualisation project which needs 20 GB of storage and gets around 10 hits per day.
My only complaint would be the downstream speeds are quite slow at around 1 Mbit in London, UK, especially compared to upstream which varies between 5 and 10 Mbit. This might be because they don't want it to be used for file sharing. Ping is 98 ms and the server is in Chicago, USA.

You get so many features in the Cpanel you can use and if you require any help you just message them and they will sort it out. They even migrated our website for us from our old server. The UK Based Cloud Hosting on a low budget with good resources. They provide REDIS Object Cache support and why Time to first byte (TTFB) result is awesome.
Certainly, you will feel lucky to have Sharkhosting Unlimited Cloud Hosting.
